Seeking a bilingual (Spanish) immigration paralegal/legal assistant for immediate full time employment at Downtown LA office of a dynamic law firm which provides legal services to union workers. Ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and assembling USCIS family-based immigration petitions (adjustment of status, advance parole, employment authorization documents, consular processing, naturalization, temporary protective status, and other). Family Law experience is a plus.

Must have at least 3 years of experience in preparing family-based immigration petitions or similar experience. Candidate must have strong document review skills, written and verbal communication skills, be organized, detail oriented, and excellent case management skills. Candidate must also have strong computer skills, ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
