Hadsell Stormer Richardson & Renick In Human Rights Case Before The Ninth Circuit

Arguments in the Appeal of an international case alleging human rights abuses under the Alien Tort Claims Act against oil giant Chevron Corporation took place before the Ninth Circuit this week.
