Ms. Richardson is a partner at Hadsell Stormer Richardson & Renick, a private plaintiffs' side law firm located in Pasadena. Ms. Richardson specializes in all aspects of complex employment and civil rights cases, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, privacy and other constitutional rights, consumer class actions, and international human rights law.   She represents government and private industry whistleblowers and individuals who have faced discrimination on the basis of religion.  Both a seasoned trial and appellate attorney, she has represented plaintiffs in race, sex, and sexual orientation discrimination and harassment cases for over twenty years. 

Ms. Richardson was named one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Southern California by SuperLawyers in 2014, and is regularly named one of the Top 50 Women Litigators in Southern California.  She has been named a SuperLawyer every year since 2004, has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2003, and is a Charter Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. She was honored as a California Attorney Lawyer of the Year for her work on the Doe v. Unocal case involving international human rights, and received the Pro Bono Award from the ACLU of Southern California in 2006.  She has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola and Whittier Law Schools, and is a frequent presenter on topics relating to plaintiffs' side employment and civil rights law.
