On December 8, 2022, the Los Angeles Alliance for a New Economy (“LAANE”) honored Hadsell Stormer Renick & Dai LLP with a City of Justice Award at its annual awards dinner at the Beverly Hilton. The event recognized the decades of work the firm has spent fighting for justice, for workers who have been taken advantage of, for victims of police abuse, and for others whose civil rights have been violated.
We at Hadsell Stormer Renick & Dai have been privileged to work alongside LAANE for nearly two decades, fighting for workers’ rights in the hospitality industry and other industries throughout Los Angeles. We were thrilled to be introduced by UNITE HERE Local 11 Co-President Kurt Peterson and to be honored by LAANE, an organization that has so successfully led the national fight for a living wage, community benefit agreements, and policies and programs that benefit the unemployed, low-wage workers, low-income communities, BIPOC communities, and the environment.
We look forward to continuing the fight for justice for workers alongside LAANE in the decades to come.
