
Immigration Paralegal (Bilingual- English/Spanish)
Job Location:
Downtown Los Angeles (Hybrid, 2 days per week in Office, 3 days per week Remote)
Job Description:
Our Los Angeles office provides legal services to union workers and is seeking a bilingual
(English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate
will have at least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmative
immigration filings, including consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, and
others.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare USCIS family-based affirmative immigration filings, including consular
processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, and others. - Perform document review and analysis.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
- Manage caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases.
- Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents.
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of experience in preparing USCIS family-based affirmative
immigration filings. - Bilingual in English/Spanish. Strong Spanish language skills are required.
- Strong document review skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent case management skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
