Arguments in the Appeal of an international case alleging human rights abuses under the Alien Tort Claims Act against oil giant Chevron Corporation took place before the Ninth Circuit this week. HSRR, along with its co-counsel, presented their arguments to the court that the 2008 jury verdict absolving Chevron should be set aside due to flawed jury instructions. Read the news coverage here.
