Sheriff Arpaio And Maricopa County To Pay Nearly $1 Million In Attorneys’ Fees And Costs To Hadsell Stormer, UCI Immigrant Rights Clinic, ACLU Of Arizona, NDLON And Other Co-Counsel Challenging The County’s Unconstitutional Practices

Hadsell Stormer’s Cindy Panuco and Dan Stormer were among the attorneys in a coalition from the Immigrant Rights Clinic at UC Irvine School of Law; the ACLU of Arizona; the National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON); Quarles & Brady LLP; and attorney Ray Ybarra Maldonado that secured a victory in Arizona, ending the County’s unconstitutional practices targeting undocumented immigrants. After nearly four years of litigation, the County will pay the Plaintiffs in the case nearly $1 million in attorneys’ fees and costs.
