HSRD Attorney Dan Stormer Says Trump Administration’s Visa Plan Will Favor The “Silicon Valley People”

Trump’s June 22nd executive order, which extends through the end of 2020, suspends many temporary work visas, giving visa access only to “specialty occupations.” Dan Stormer says the foreign workers who will benefit from the changes are “the Silicon Valley people, the finance people. The ones who already have money and some level of ability to move will be able to come here, Those people who are in desperate need to earn money will not.”
