Hadsell Stormer Richardson & Renick File Class Action Case Against The LAX Hilton Hotel Alleging Living Wage Violations

The case, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of approximately 150 current and former hotel workers alleges that the hotel cheated them out of legal wages required by the Airport Hospitality Enhancement Zone Ordinance, among other claims. The city ordinance was signed by the Mayor in 2007. The complaint seeks back pay for affected employees and a court injunction mandating that Hilton comply with the city living wage laws in the LAX Corridor area.
