Josh Nuni joined Hadsell Stormer & Renick, LLP in October 2017. Josh represents plaintiffs in civil rights, employment, and international human rights actions.

Josh is a graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School. While in law school, he represented low-wage workers pursuing wage theft and discrimination claims as a member of the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization's Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic. He also worked on policing reform projects at the ACLU of Southern California and the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, and co-authored a national survey of solitary confinement practices in state prisons.

Prior to joining Hadsell Stormer, Josh clerked for the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Josh is passionate about representing individual clients seeking to vindicate their rights as a means of both achieving justice for those who have been wronged in addition to working toward broad systemic change.
